You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it to provide our services. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

Job listings displayed on Consultant.dev are aggregated from public sources and remain the property of their original publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party job content.

Content you upload (such as your CV) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing our services.

The Consultant.dev platform, branding, and original content are the property of Bytelope AB.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of job listings, as these are aggregated from third-party sources.

Content from third-party sources is provided without guarantees of accuracy or availability. Any generated content (such as CV suggestions) should be reviewed before use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bytelope AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at contact@consultant.dev so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be settled in the courts of Stockholm under Swedish law.
