- Consent -- when you upload a CV or other documents for AI-powered processing. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your documents.
- Contract -- to fulfil the services you have signed up for as a member.
4. Data We Collect
Visitors: We collect anonymized usage data to improve our service, including page views, search activity, and approximate location (country level). We do not store IP addresses or other directly identifying information.
Members: Profile information, uploaded documents, and usage history.
5. CV and Document Processing
When you upload a CV or other document, it is processed using AI-powered parsing to extract relevant information (skills, experience, role preferences) to personalise your experience on the platform.
Uploaded documents are stored securely and used solely to provide you with our services. They are not shared with employers or third parties. Documents are retained until you delete them or close your account, at which point they are permanently deleted.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party service providers to operate the platform. Each acts as a data processor under our instruction and in accordance with GDPR:
- Clerk -- authentication and user account management
- Cloudflare -- hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection
- Plausible Analytics -- privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics hosted in the EU (Germany). Collects only aggregate, anonymized usage statistics, with no cookies and no personal data.
- OpenAI -- AI-powered CV parsing (document content is sent for processing; OpenAI does not use this data to train models under our API agreement)
- Elasticsearch -- job listing search and indexing
7. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- Clerk session cookies -- required for authentication and keeping you logged in. These are set by our authentication provider (Clerk) and are necessary for the service to function.
- Cloudflare cookies -- set by our CDN provider for security and performance purposes (e.g. bot detection).
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our website analytics (Plausible) is cookieless: it measures aggregate traffic without cookies, without storing personal data, and without tracking you across other sites.
8. How We Use Data
We use your data solely to provide our services: matching you with relevant jobs and helping you create application materials.
9. Data Processing and Storage
All data is processed and stored within the European Union. We do not sell your data to third parties.
10. External Links
When you click a job listing, you are redirected to the source website where their privacy policy applies.
11. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

12. Data Retention
Job listings are removed when the source removes them. Member data is retained until you delete your account. Uploaded documents are retained until you delete them or close your account.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) if you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of applicable data protection law.
