Rates run well above general-IT medians, especially for senior functional consultants and S/4HANA migration architects. Engagements typically span nine to twenty-four months with extensions common on large transformation projects. Fully-remote placements are increasingly accepted though some DACH clients still require onsite workshops. Expect strong client-facing communication, documented delivery cadence, and integration knowledge across non-SAP systems. German is often preferred for DACH briefs; English covers most other markets.
